Welcome to the Olive Tree Villa on

  the Beautiful Island of Kefalonia.

The view towards Assos from the mountains.

There are three bedrooms; one double and two twins, each with french doors leading to the patio outdoors.  A cot/playpen and a highchair along with toys are available for the youngest of guests.

The master bedroom, decorated in a light and airy way, can be separated from the rest of the apartment and is en-suite. It has its own superb views from a veranda where you can enjoy the sweet scents of the flowers and the distant sounds of the sea at any time of the day.

The two spacious twin bedrooms with their own small hall and shared bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the house. Both rooms are light and airy and are well equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets; each has its own shuttered access to the patio and pool - ready for that early morning dip!

From the patio the views are unequalled. Across the sea to the south and west lie Assos, with its Venetian fort on the highest point, and the Paliki peninsula, itself sometimes shrouded in the haze of the day, while to the west an uninterrupted view of the incredible sunsets is yours to savour.

Enjoy a sundowner by the pool. After a long hard day spent exploring the island, a beer or a glass of wine by the pool is an  unbeatable way to end the day. The sunsets from here are among the finest you will ever see; you can almost hear the hiss as the hot sun sinks slowly into the deep blue Ionian Sea.

Sadly, the rural location of The Olive Tree means that fires and charcoal barbeques are not prudent during the summer months but there is a large gas barbeque for you to enjoy that great day at home.
